Lily is a singer and actress with extensive experience in choral and original theatre work.
On Love Theatre Day, she released I Heart Musicals - a compilation of songs from the musicals which have been at the heart of her daily life as she grew up, with a selection of theatrical bakes inspired by them, created by her baking alter-ego, English Singing Baker.
Over the last two years, she has worked on a film project - Dreams of Peace & Freedom : The Human's in the Telling - in which she was a lead singer and also played her great grandmother, Sylvia Maxwell Fyfe.
Since 2012 she has been a principal with English Cabaret, performing in a four-hander chamber musical, a song cycle and her own solo cabaret show.
Between 2006 - 13, she sang with Southwark Cathedral Girls Choir, 4 of which she was the head chorister with credits including BBC Radio 3 and BBC 1.

TALKING ABOUT LILY
'Lily Casson is an outstanding singer - she scintillates: a young performer to watch,
at future fringes and beyond.'
'Lily Casson...doesn’t need any X Factor tricks to showcase her voice'
‘Your musicianship and leadership have been invaluable contributions to the team and certainly been a key factor towards the excellence of the Choir over the past few years. Any choirmaster is lucky to have a truly “golden voice” once every ten years or so and yours is certainly in that league.’
Stephen Disley, Director of Southwark Cathedral Girls Choir
